A light went out on August 18th, 2020. McLean, Linda (nee Gill). Longtime companion of Bob Inabnitt. Mother of Stacie (Steve) Schroeder. Grandmother of Lakota "Coty" Marks. Sister of the late Eric "Rick" Gill (living Paula Gandal). Aunt of Missy, Michelle, Abbie, Jeremy, and the late Rachael. Also survived by many Costa cousins and friends. Preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Helena (nee Costa) Gill. Linda served as an aide with Hamilton County Job and Family Services for many years until her retirement, and then served as a classroom aide with St. Aloysius. Became an angel and passed on August 18th at the age of 73. She will be sorely missed and fondly remembered for her wit, humor, and ability to cheer you up at any moment. Linda was a woman of many talents, love, and compassion. Rest with the angels, Linda.

Linda, what a gift your beautiful life has been to so many-including a once young single mother named Roberta many years ago and her energetic little girl , Laurie. You brought so much light to our lives and I’ll never forget the excitement behind the big surprise that awaited me when I was seven-years-old. The countless letters that arrived in the mail as the countdown to the mysterious big day neared which led to the trip to Northgate Mall to get my ears pierced! Ultimately saving my beautiful mother Roberta the fear that it may just hurt too watch! ❤️ Thank you good and faithful servant! Rest easy now among the other angels and saints that surround you now. Godspeed! With much love and light, Laurie Huff

Well, I was going to try and write something wonderful but Laurie beat me to it. I was remembering that same memory. You were one of the most special people I have ever known. You were a one of a kind woman. I really never met another woman who was like you Linda; and all I can think of now is you are with your parents and your brother, Rick who must have marked the way for you to go home. The world is going to miss you and those that never knew you really missed out! Love Ya Roberta

I’m so sorry for your loss. May the God of all comfort help you during this difficult time.
(2 Corinthians 1:3,4 & Psalms 83:18). Jesus prayed for God’s Kingdom to come because He knew it would intervene to solve all mankind’s problems even sickness and death. (Revelation 21:3-5 & Daniel 2:44).
