Jerry was our neighbor in St Petersburg Florida, we always looked forward to him and his wife visiting their house here. Jerry would always talk about flying an airplane, he had such great stories. We would look out our front window and there was Jerry sitting in his garage reading his newspaper. I would go down to talk to him and his wife every chance I got and the past year or so have missed seeing them , just wished we could have seen him one last time. We give our deepest sympathy to his family and want them to know we have lost a Great Friend. RIP Jerry

Jerry was a good man with a heart of gold. He was smart and generous and willing to help anybody who needed it. He loved his family and adventure. We always loved to see the Powells arrive for the winter, and we're happy to see the family continue the tradition. He will be missed.
