Obituary

Ann Elizabeth Biermann, born 1/13/1949 and passed 3/24/2021, was born in Cincinnati, OH. She was a graduate of Colerain High School and Eastern Kentucky University with a degree in social work. She retired from the USPS after a fulfilling career of over 30 years. She was preceded in death by her sister Jane, brother John and parents Irene “Pat” Kallmeyer and Joseph Biermann. She is survived by many cousins, Aunt Jeanne, nephews and many friends. She lived for her daughter, Laura (Paul) Garrison and grandchildren, Mason (Kaitlyn Carter), Kaitlin and Dominic. She was known as “Bobbi” to the grandkids and their friends. She loved baking cookies for everyone, painting, reading, playing Bunco, traveling, volunteering at Crossroads Church and her beloved Goldendoodle Molly. In addition to her many friends, she will also be missed by her second beloved “daughter” Stacey Blair-Smith. Ann was truly generous, selfless and giving and will be missed by so many. In lieu of flowers please donate in her memory to UCAN, 2830 Colerain Ave. Cincinnati, Ohio 45225 or a charity of your choice. Family will receive friends on Saturday, April 10, from 1pm until time of memorial service at 2:30pm at the Neidhard-Minges Funeral Home, 3155 Harrison Ave. (Westwood). Family will also have a celebration of life on a future date in her memory at Fernbank Park when we commemorate her life with a bench overlooking the river. We will also be having yearly blood drives in her memory.

Ann’s legacy is that she’ll be missed by so many people who had the privilege of knowing her. She will be remembered for being a courageous and compassionate woman with countless friends and a loving family.
She liked to travel. We were lucky enough to have many exciting adventures together. She enjoyed the culture, history and beauty of the various states and foreign countries we toured.
She inspired people to be better by the thoughtful things she did and the joy she brought to those around her.
Best Friends Forever,
Judy
